MS Climb Canada: The Bruce Trail

September 6-9, 2012

The program involves 2 full day hikes in the picturesque Tobermory peninsular, the northern most point of the Bruce Trail.

The hikes will be based out of Cypress Lake Campground, where participants will trek approximately 7-8 hours on the Bruce Trail each day.

Transport will be by means of carpooling. On Thursday the 6th of September, the group will meetat the Cypress Lake campground where they will be overnight.

Friday the 7th, the group will travel by rented van to a trail head 20 minutes drive away. The group will then trek north along the Bruce Trail approx 6-7 hours, to return to the campsite.

Saturday the 8th, the group will begin from the campsite to the trailhead, then head north for approx 7-8 hours where they arrive at the official end of the Bruce Trail. The vehicle will meet the trekkers and return to Camp.

Sunday, the group will depart by 11am from the campsite to return to Toronto.

Includes: Meals (as indicated above), camping fees, firewood, campsite vehicle charges, organization by Original Trails.
