* 14 day guided tour of Tanzania including: Tour leader, accommodations (breakfasts in some locations), domestic travel, some guided site seeing (Massai village school).
* The 14 days consist of:
o 7-day guided climb of Mt Kilimanjaro (permit, 3 meals/day, guides, porters and tents during the 7-day climb)
o 5-day safari of selected wildlife parks (permit, vehicles, 3 meals/day, guides, and tents during the 5-day safari)
o 2 days (1 post climb, 1 post safari) rest days – included: accommodations

Climbers Expenses:

* Flights to and from Toronto if originating from elsewhere
* International return airfare from Toronto to Kilimanjaro – approximately C$1600 to C$2000
* Items of a personal nature
* Meals not on the Climb or Safari (approx $20/day)
* Misc expenses (approx $20/day)
* Sleeping Bags need to be purchased in advance
* All medical shots and other preventative medication (ie altitude medicine)
* Travel/Health Insurance (climbers MUST have travel insurance to participate – recommended to buy deluxe travel insurance package including Trip Interruption & Cancellation Insurance and Medical in case of medical injury, family emergency, etc.)
* Tips (Tour Leader, Kilimanjaro Climb Guide, Porters, etc)
* Visa Fees
* Airport Transfers

Registration Fee: $500 (non-refundable, non-transferrable fee – no tax receipt will be provided)

Upon completion of the total fund-raising target, $250 of the registration will be credited back to you.

Funds to Raise: $12,500

Minimum to raise: $9375 in order to be eligible to purchase the trip on your own.

If unable to raise the minimum, all funds raised will go directly to the MS Society and you will be unable to participate in the Climb.
